Offer expires 12/31/16. If you choose EZPay, you authorize the Houston Chronicle to automatically charge the credit card you indicate. EZPay deductions will begin based on the start date and will occur thereafter every four (4) weeks. Any outstanding balances will be processed with the first EZPay charge. If you choose the printed bill option, an $8.95 charge will be applied to each bill for processing costs. Prices are subject to change. When a price or frequency change occurs, the expiration date on your account will be adjusted. New subscriptions will be charged a one-time non-refundable processing fee of $7.95. Subscriptions may include up to eight Premium Issues per year. For each Premium Issue, your account balance will be charged up to the published Sunday-only rate in the billing period when the Premium Issue is delivered. This will result in an adjustment to the length of your billing period. Premium Issues scheduled in 2016: 5/15/16, 6/26/16, 9/25/16, 10/23/16, 11/24/16 and 12/25/16. Due to processing fees, balances under $5.00 will not be refunded.
